BELIEFS

We believe the Bible is the fully inspired Word of God and has supreme authority in faith and conduct.

We believe there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons, equal in divine perfection.

We believe in God, the Father, an infinite and personal spirit. We believe that He answers prayer and saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His atoning death, bodily resurrection, and visible return to earth.

We believe in the Holy Spirit who came forth from the Father and the Son. We believe that He indwells every believer in Christ.

We believe all who repent of their sins and trust in Christ as Savior are regenerated by the Holy Spirit.

We believe the church is comprised of all those who belong to Christ and that it exists to do God’s will on earth as it is done in heaven.

We believe that a Christian should live for the glory of God and the well-being of his fellowman, and that his conduct should be blameless.

We believe that Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church: baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

We believe in the visible return of Jesus Christ to earth to establish His Kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the eternal happiness of the righteous and the endless suffering of the wicked.

We believe marriage is defined in the Bible as a covenant, a sacred bond between one man and one woman instituted by and publicly entered into before God.
